Lake Champlain Renovation »
A Lake Champlain renovation, and addition designed by a talented local architect to modernize and customize a house built in the 50’s, and added to in the 80’s. The new owner’s required a shingle style traditional design that did not intrude on its intimate shoreline setting. The interior detailing was developed largely based on the owner’s interest in Craftsman styles. Antique chestnut salvaged flooring with Tung oil finish. Wood paneling systems with stained and painted finishes produced in our shop. All of the kitchen cabinetry, and other built ins designed in conjunction with the owner using Roundtree produced Autocad shop drawings, and built in our shop.
