Roundtree is led by its founder Dan Morris who nurtured his love of building in his architectural studies at Princeton, and developed it into a career by starting the business alongside several comrades. Initially conceived as an integrated business combining architecture and construction services, Dan decided to focus his work on building, where his talents were best utilized. Architecture however has remained an important connection and focus for the company. We have retained our belief in a strong design/construction partnership and enjoy our role as a contributing member of the team.

Roundtree services are provided by two project managers (Dan & Ric) who work in the office and in the field. Ric SantaMaria has been an integral part of the firm since 1986. Scott Reiss has 28 years in the business, and provides CAD, estimating, scheduling, and procurement services. Stacey Gebo is our office manager with 15 years experience in accounting and office administration. We have a field staff of experienced foreman and carpenters- many of whom must be counted among the best builders in our state.
